铜包钢绞线介绍
铸铜包钢绞线是将含量为99.9%的电解铜分子均匀连铸到优质低碳钢芯上加工而成的新型复合材料,由若干条单根线按照一定规律绞合成的新型复合导线。该既有钢的强度和韧性,又有铜 的良好导电性能和耐腐蚀性能。广泛应用与高频同轴电缆、网络通信、电气化铁路、地铁轻轨、电力和石化系统的接地线等。相比较铜绞线具有密 度小、强度高、造价低等优点,是传统纯铜绞线的更新换代。
铜包钢绞线外观质量标准
生产出来的铜包钢绞线如何检验是否合格呢?须将装满铜包钢绞线的线轴放倒地包装台上,用一只手拿一张白纸立放于距铜丝1-2cm的位置,另一只手将铜包钢绞线的线轴滚动一周,目测其外观是否达到以下标准:
1.铜包钢绞线及单丝表面应光洁,不得有疤痕及裂缝、漏镀及划伤、无黑线、无乱线、无麻点、无氧化、无打花、无刮伤碰伤、无镀锡不良(粘锡、漏锡)、无斜线、无手接头、无手印等缺陷;
2.绞线的通条直径和捻距应均匀,切断后应不松散,张力适中不过松或过紧;
3.绞线内单丝应紧密绞合,不得有交错,断裂和弯折;
4..排线良好、均匀、无堆边、欠边(边高边低或两边高两边低)、无起股;
5.滚动后铜包钢绞线表面无粘灰现象(过满)。
镀铜钢绞线质量指标(技术参数、指标)
1、铜层平均厚度(常规)≥ 0.25mm;
2、抗拉强度≥ 600N/mm2
3、平直度误差≤ 1mm
4、铜层可塑性:接地棒弯曲30o时,折角外无裂缝。
铜包钢绞线应用领域
本产品适用于一般环境,和特殊环境(潮湿、盐碱、酸性土壤及产生化学腐蚀介质)、石化、电力、通信、轨道交通、邮电等防雷接地要求较高的领域。 传统上,防雷接地导体多采用镀锌钢或纯铜,就导电性能及使用寿命来说,镀锌钢不如纯铜导体,但纯铜导体价格昂贵,不如镀锌钢经济。采用铜钢复合接地导体,既能像纯铜一样拥有良好的导电性能,又有钢的强度,还能大大节省了工程材料造价。我公司采用电镀工艺,按照GB/12970.2-2009《电工软铜绞线 第2部分 软铜绞线》生产铜覆钢接地绞线。

Copper clad steel strand appearance quality standard
How to test the qualified copper clad steel strands? The bobbin filled with copper clad steel strands shall be placed on the packing table, and a white paper shall be placed in one hand and placed in a position of 1-2 cm from the copper wire. The other hand shall be copper clad steel stranded wire. Roll the spool for one week and visually check whether its appearance meets the following criteria:
1. The surface of copper clad steel strands and monofilaments should be smooth and clean, without scars and cracks, leakage plating and scratches, no black lines, no chaotic lines, no pitting, no oxidation, no flowers, no scratches and bruises. No defects such as poor tin plating (sticking tin, leaking tin), no diagonal lines, no hand joints, no fingerprints, etc.
2. The diameter and the lay length of the strands of the strands should be even, not loose after cutting, and the tension is moderate but too loose or too tight;
3. The monofilaments in the stranded wire shall be tightly stranded, and shall not be staggered, broken or bent;
4. The cable is good, uniform, no stacking, under-edge (low side and low side or low on both sides), no wraps;
5. After rolling, the surface of the copper clad steel strand is free of ash (overfill).
Copper-plated steel strand quality index (technical parameters, indicators)
