SWL系列蜗轮丝杆升降机具有起升、下降及借助辅件推进、翻转及各种高度位置调整等诸多功能。广泛应用于机械、冶金、建筑、水利、化工、医疗、文体等各种行业。
蜗轮丝杆升降机是一种基础起重部件，具有结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻、无噪音、安全方便、使用灵活、可靠性高、动力源广泛、配套功能多、使用寿命长等许多优点。可以单台或组合使用，能按一定程序准确地控制调整提升或推进的高度，可以用电动机或其他动力直接带动，也可以手动。
为提高SWL蜗轮丝杆升降机的效率和承载能力，制定了特殊、先进工艺提高升降机的综合性能，以满足广大客户的要求。
丝杆升降机有不同的结构型式和装配型式，提升高度可按用户的要求定制。

1、结构型式:1型—丝杆作轴向移动;[丝杆移动时,分旋转和不旋转(F),选型时请注意区分]2型—丝杆作旋转运动、螺母作轴向移动。
2、装配型式:A型——丝杆/或螺母向上移动;B型——丝杆/或螺母向下移动
3、丝杆头部型式:1型结构型式的丝杆头部:Ⅰ型(圆柱型)、Ⅱ型(法兰型)、Ⅲ型(螺纹型)、Ⅳ型(扁头型)2型结构型式的丝杆头部:Ⅰ型(圆柱型)、Ⅲ型(螺纹型)
4、传动比:普通速比(P)、慢速比(M)，可按用户要求定制中速比(F)
5、提升承载能力:1kN、2.5kN、5kN、10kN、15kN、20kN、25kN、35kN、50kN、100kN、120kN
6、丝杆的防护:1型结构:基本型(无防护)、防旋转型(F)、带防护罩(Z)、防旋转连护罩(FZ)2型结构:基本型(无防护)
注:SWL蜗轮丝杆升降机大速比具有自锁功能，但在受到较大振动、冲击载荷时，可能会使自锁功能失效，此时请外加制动装置或者配制动电机，以防物体掉落。
