相同体积的毛坯。冷辗扩技术是金属的无切削加工,采用冷辗加工可节省
钢材 15~35%;减少机械加工量 10~20%。节约能源是全人类长期面临
的紧迫任务,据发达国家的统计,制造一个环形零件,能耗为 6.9—8.3
度电/公斤,其中原材料生产即占 70%左右。可见在机械制造业中节省原
