The attractive, ergonomic housing design is extremely compact, lightweight and rugged. It fits comfortably in the palm of your hand and incorporates a back light that illuminates the LCD in poorly lit areas. This product is similar to our Check-Line Checkline TI-45N, however the probe is hard-wired to the gauge and is NOT removable as in the Check-Line TI-45N.

超声波测厚仪主要有主机和探头两部分组成。主机电路包括发射电路、接收电路、计数显示电路三部分，由发射电路产生的高压冲击波激励探头，产生超声发射脉冲波，脉冲波经介质介面反射后被接收电路接收，通过单片机计数处理后，经液晶显示器显示厚度数值，它主要根据声波在试样中的传播速度乘以通过试样的时间的一半而得到试样的厚度。
PD-T系列超声波测厚仪，在采用国内外先进技术的基础上，运用单片机技术研制 的一种低功耗低下限袖珍式的智能测量仪器，采用高精度计时芯片，测量分辨率达到0.001mm,，处于世界领先水平。

a.电源电压低时，在液晶屏幕左侧显示低电压符号，此时为了保证仪器的正常测量使用，请您及时更换电池。
b.在不需要背光的时候，尽量不要长时间开启背光，以免过快消耗电池的电量。
c.传感器表面为丙烯树脂，对粗糙表面的重划很敏感，因此在使用中尽量轻按。
d.在测量以后尽量及时将传感器表面的耦合剂和标准试块，被测物体表面的耦合剂清理干净。
e.被测物体表面温度不超过60度，以免导致传感器不能正常测量。
f.仪器长时间不使用时应将电池取出，以免电池漏液导致仪器损坏。
g.尽量避免油污，潮湿，碰撞。
h.插拔传感器时，应捏住活动外套沿轴线用力，不可旋转传感器头部，以免损坏传感器电缆线芯。
