  铅酸蓄电池主要的技术性能:

  蓄电池由正极板、负极板、隔板、槽、盖、安全阀、回流条、端子、电解液等组成。

  结构采用特殊板栅合金,抗腐蚀性能及深循环性能好, 自放电极小。

  接线板、终端接头采用导电性能优良的材料,并具有防腐蚀措施。

  蓄电池槽、盖、安全阀、极柱封口剂等材料具有阻燃性。在环境温度20~25℃时的浮充运行寿命应不低于10年。

  除安全阀外,可以承受50kPa的正压或负压而不破裂、不开胶,压力释放后壳体无残余变形。

  以30I10的大电流电流放电1min,极柱不熔断,其外观无异常。

  封置90天后,其荷电保持能力不低于85%。

  有较强的耐过充能力和过充寿命。以0.3I10电流连续充电160h后,外观无明显变形及渗液。

  ①天然晶体石墨;②炭黑;③制造铅酸电池用的石墨;④用现代技能活化的纳米结构工艺的炭。

  对有用物质的掉落部有所论说。说有用物质很多掉落后,堆积在容器底部,简单构成正、负板短路.应该进行整理等等。当然,构成短路的可能性是存在的,但可能性不大。因为板下缘与蓄电池容器的底部之间尚有适当的间隔,假如掉落的行效物质能构成正、负板间短路的话,那术,这个板的有用物质也就掉光了,圣阳蓄电池应该更换新校板了。

  放电下构成的硫酸铅颗粒的尺度远比大电流放电条件下的尺度大,就是说在大电流条件下晶体构成的速度要比小电流条件下慢,晶体来不及成长就很快被氧化复原了,因而颗粒比较小,而在小电流条件下,较大的硫酸铅晶体就不简单被复原。如硫酸铅晶体长时间得不到整理,会影响蓄电池的容量和运用寿数。因而对蓄电池在实践放电电流下运转的容量应有一个的核算。

  蓄电池性能的影响要素:蓄电池的容量是权衡蓄电池性能的一项重要.普通用安时来表示.放电时间(小时)与放电电流(安培)的总称,即容量=放电时间×放电电流.电池的实践容量,取决于电池中活性物质的几和活性物质的应用率.活性物质是量越多,活性物质应用率就越高,电池的容量也就越大.反之容量越小,影响电池容量的要素很多,常见的有以下几种:1、放电率对电池容量的影响:铅蓄电池容量随放电倍率的增大而降低,也就是说放电电流越大,计算出电池的容量就越小.比方一只10Ah的电池,用5A放电能够放2小时,即

  1)输入输出变压器尺寸大。

  2)用于消除高次谐波的输出滤波器尺寸大。

  3)变压器和电感产生音频噪声。

  4)对负载和市电变化的动态响应性能较差。

  6)输入无功率因数校正,对电网污染较严重。

  7)成本高,对于小容量机型,无法与高频机相比。

  世界UPS厂商在技术选型和将来发展趋势上都是以高频为主力方向的,30kVA及以下的UPS都以高频机为主,这与高频机负载动态响应速度快,能量密度高,体积小,噪声小,价格低(是小机)有很大关系,是高频机可以做到输入源功率因数校正,真正代表将来绿电源的发展趋势。
