  4、蓄电池组的连接电缆耐压值不够,造成电缆间的缘击穿,造成电缆短路起火;

  5、蓄电池配置不合理,超出蓄电池放电限;

  6、蓄电池连接电缆在出入电池架处被电池架铁皮划破缘层发生短路;

  7、蓄电池充电电流过大或电压过高造成蓄电池过充发热,正负板变形弯曲从而起火;

  8、蓄电池组的外部连接电缆或内部连接电缆因使用时间过久而缘老化,未及时检查更换处理,造成电缆间或电缆与电池架间产生短路。

  <充电电流电压,时间按厂家规定执行,电池避免过充过放电。 

  <搬运,安装,使用过程中应避免电池正,负短路。蓄电池使用注意事项<拆装电池应由人员完成,若因机械损坏电池电液沾到了皮肤或衣服上。立即用清水冲洗。如果溅入眼睛,要尽快用大量的清水冲洗并立即上医院治疗。 

  <不同容量,不同制造商或新旧不同的电池请勿混用。 

  <勿用花纤布或海棉擦拭电池外壳。 

  <电池停搁6个月以上,使用前进行补充电。

  铅酸蓄电池主要的技术性能:

  蓄电池由正极板、负极板、隔板、槽、盖、安全阀、回流条、端子、电解液等组成。

  结构采用特殊板栅合金,抗腐蚀性能及深循环性能好, 自放电极小。

  接线板、终端接头采用导电性能优良的材料,并具有防腐蚀措施。

  蓄电池槽、盖、安全阀、极柱封口剂等材料具有阻燃性。在环境温度20~25℃时的浮充运行寿命应不低于10年。

  除安全阀外,可以承受50kPa的正压或负压而不破裂、不开胶,压力释放后壳体无残余变形。

  以30I10的大电流电流放电1min,极柱不熔断,其外观无异常。

  封置90天后,其荷电保持能力不低于85%。

  有较强的耐过充能力和过充寿命。以0.3I10电流连续充电160h后,外观无明显变形及渗液。

  从理论上分析,发生故障的根本原因是蓄电池组或单体通过导电体(例如电解液、电池架、导线等)或直接形成了正负之间的回路,产生了漏电流或电气短路。电池组在浮充运转进程中,是开端浮充时,电池浮充电压一致性较差。一组串联的12V电池,若设充电电压为每只电池13.8V,并不是一切的电池都均匀电压上浮充,每只电池的阻抗和氧再复合率略有不同,所以在相同的浮充电流下会呈现稍有不同的浮充电压。浮充电压一般在13.3-14.5V之间变化,这仍然是正常的。应该指出的是;刚开端运用的电池,浮充电压的凹凸并不代表电池功用的好坏,通过一段时刻的充电进程,一般浮充3-6个月后,这一浮充电压将趋于一致。如果电池组长时间处于浮充电不一致的情况,将影响电池组的容量和运用寿数。

  量的温度系数,Ct1温度为t1时容量(Ah),Ct2是温度为t2时的容量(Ah)在蓄电池消费规范中,普通要规则一个温度为额定规范温度,如规则t1为实践温度,t2为规范温度,(普通为25摄氏度) 负板受低温的影响要比正板敏感.当电解液温度降低时,电解液粘度增大,离子遭到较大的阻力,扩散才能降落,电解液电阻也增大,使电化学反响阻力增加,一部硫酸铅不能正常转化.充电承受才能降落,结果招致蓄电池容量降落.

  三、卷绕电池都是密封阀控式的,普通电池分好几干式蓄电池,有的有比重计,有的没有比重计。电池温度升高以及H2SO4梯度的产生,使得板外表构成的硫酸铅在温度高以及硫酸浓度低的部位溶解度变大,这大大的增加了电池充电过程发作枝晶短路的风险。阀控式铅酸蓄电池采用的超细玻璃纤维(AGM)隔板含有两种构造的细小微孔,一种是平行于隔板平面的微孔,另一种是垂直于隔板平面的较大微孔,后者有利于氧气向负扩散,但也是枝状铅生长的途径,由于在隔板中更多的硫酸铅容易堆积在粗玻璃纤维上,这使得充电时枝晶铅容易沿着粗纤维生长,从而惹起板间微短路。
