　　1目的

　　规范产品和设备液压系统安装、拆卸，保证液压系统安装质量。

　　2范围

　　适用于公司生产的所有装有液压系统的产品和设备。

　　3总则

　　3.1 油箱、泵站、阀块、阀架、蓄能器和冷却器架的安装，管路的最终安装，近旁不允许进行喷砂，打磨等环境污染作业。

　　3.2 液压元件内部清洁度都应符合JB/T7858-2006《液压元件清洁度评定方法及液压元件清洁度指标》的规定(清洁度标准见表一)，外购元件应有清洁度合格证，否则应重新清洗后方可使用。

　　3.4 构件焊接的焊缝质量要求达到GB3323-82中Ⅲ级。

　　3.5 油箱的焊缝质量要求达到GB3323-82中Ⅱ级。

　　3.6 管道的焊缝质量要求达到GB3323-82中Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。

　　3.7 尽可能采用水平焊接，允许用立焊，但不允许用仰焊。

　　3.8 各种液压元件的连接螺栓都应用测力矩扳手来拧紧。

　　3.9 装配时零件间的接缝应平整，不得有明显的错边。
