  球冠圆板橡胶支座:球冠圆板橡胶支座是改进后的圆形板式橡胶支座。其中间层橡胶和钢板布置与圆形板式橡胶支座完全相同,而在支座顶面用纯橡胶制成球形表面,球面中心橡胶最大厚度为4-13mm,球面边缘15mm,以适应3%到4%纵横坡下,梁与支座接触面的中心趋于圆形板式橡胶支座的中心。梁端反力通过球面表面橡胶逐渐扩散传至下面几层钢板和橡胶层。在橡胶支座底面加一圈直径D=2.5mm的半圆形橡胶圆环,支座受力时首先由底部圆环变形压密,调节底面受力状况,以改善或避免支座底面脱空现象的产生,使支座底面受力均匀

  盆式橡胶支座且具有重量轻,结构紧凑,构造简单,建筑高度低,加工制造方便,节省钢材,降低造价等优点,是适宜于大垮桥梁使用的较理想的支座。常用的有GPZ、GPZ(Ⅱ)、GPZ(KZ)三大类。 GPZ(II)系列支座目前承载力为31个级别,承载力0.8MN-60MN,能满足大型桥梁建造的需要。   GPZ(II)标准系列中,固定支座在各方向和单向活动支座非滑移方向的水平承载力均不小于支座坚向承载力的10%。抗震型支座水平承载力不小于支座坚向承载力的20%。 支座转动角度不小于0.02rad.   加5201硅脂润滑后,常温型活动支座设计摩阻系数最小取0.03.;加5201硅脂润滑后,耐寒型活动支座设计摩阻系数最小取0.06。
