  节能型高速小凸轮圆织机为新型第五代圆织机,从设计上降低零件数量,易损件少,配件费用低,设备效率高。因梭子无油润滑,可使您的布面更清洁,还因为取消了滑块和滑杆,全部机构均采用滚动传动的全新设计,不需要润滑油润滑,节省了开支,消除了污染。比原滑块式圆织机的噪音低30-40分贝,高速运行下的低噪音改善您的工作环境。

  使用1.5KW电机,编织速度可达180转/分,实现稳产,高产。经专家现场与原滑块式圆织机对比测试:每生产100米编织袋,13扣可节电1.4度,18扣可节电1.9度。 每年每台圆织机可为您节省一万二千多度电

  该机可利用全再生料扁丝编织,实现经济循环。具有自动断经,断纬,纬完自动停机功能,灵敏,高品质的经纬检测大大降低了废品率。

  Introduce:

  Small cam type and convex table as well as swing-beam rolling wheel transmission is adopted, making it easy and stable to run. Slide block and rod are eliminated while the wearing parts are decreased. Rolling transmission is adopted in entire structure, which doesn’t need lubricant. Frequency speed regulation which is convenient and stable is adopted. It is configured with automatically stop detecting unit when meeting the situation of warp/weft breaking weft ending. The stoppage unit is sensitive and reliable. It’s an environmental product whose noise is not more than 80db. Low strength plastic yam which is made from 100%regenerated plastic can be adopted to weave. It is high-efficient and energy-efficient. The highest rotation speed of the main motor can reach 180r/min and the power is 1.5/2.2kw, which can save 10thousand degree electricity compared with the traditional four shuttle circular loom whose power is 4kw.
