原理
具有分散作用的风机,特别适合热敏性物料的气流干燥作业。高速飞旋的风机叶轮,能把湿的、甚至结块的物料解碎,直至分散,在分散过程中同时搅拌、混合,然后物料和热气流平行地流动。这种类型的设备,适应干燥滤饼结块的,但还属于表面水份的物料,含湿量≤40%,如果处理量大或者成品要求干至15%以下时,可采用二级气流干燥。当物料含湿量超过40%,但量≤60%,进料较困难,应采用混料器,通过混进干料的方法以降低进料水份,此时,干燥设备的总产量就有较大幅度的下降,这在经济上是不合算的。因此,用户应先用机械的方法(离心脱水或压滤)尽可能的降低进料水份,以确保干燥作业上的顺利进行。
Principle
The fan with the function of dispersion is particularly suitable for

finished products are required to be dried to have a moisture content of less
than 15%, the secondary airflow drying can be adopted. When the moisture

materials in order to reduce the moisture content of charging materials. At
this time, the total output of the drying equipment will be greatly reduced and
it's not economical. Accordingly, the user should make use of the mechanical
method (centrifugal dewatering or pressure filtration) to reduce the moisture
content of charging materials as far as possible,
