概述
本机组是一种可以同时完成干燥和造粒的装置。按工艺要求可以调节料液泵的压力流量、喷孔的大小、得到所需的按一定大小比例的球形颗粒。
本机组工程过程为:料液通过隔膜泵高压输入,喷出雾状液滴,然后同热空气并流下降,大部分粒由塔底排料口收集,废气及其微小粉末经旋风分离器分离,废气由排风机排出,粉末由设在旋风分离器下端的收粉筒收集,风机出口处还可装备二级除尘装置,回收率在96-98%以上。
与物料接触部分的塔体、管道、分离器的材料,均采用SUS304制作。在塔体内部与外壳之间有足够的保温层,填充材料为超细玻璃棉,塔体设有观察门、视镜、光源及控制仪表、由电器控制操作台控制和显示。
热源装置采用蒸汽加热或电加热器,具有操作方便、启动快、结构紧凑、热风干净清洁等优点。另外在电气控制柜内装有电加热器的控制调节装置,使进口温度无级调节。对于缺电地区可采用蒸汽加热或燃煤、燃油热风炉等方式,局部或全部代替电加热装置。本厂可以根据用户的实际需要提供不同的加热方式。
Descriptions
The unit is an apparatus that can finish drying and granulating at
the same time. The needed ball granules with certain size and ratio can be
achieved in accordance with process requirements by adjusting pressure flow and
size of holes.
The working process of the unit is as follows: The liquid materials
are pumped through high pressure by the diaphragm pump, and atomized into small
drops, then fall with hot air concurrently. Most of the powders will be
collected through the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The waste
gas and fine powders will be separated through the cyclone. The waste gas will
be discharged through the exhaust fan and the powders will be collected by the
powder collector at the bottom of the cyclone. At the outlet it can also be
equipped with the secondary dust collector. The recovery rate will be over
96%-98%.
The tower body, pipe and separator that contact raw materials are
made of SUS304. There are enough heat insulation layers between the inner and
outer of the tower body. The filler is ultra-fine glass fiber. The tower body
is also equipped with observation door, sight glass, light source and control
instruments, which are controlled and displayed through the electric control
panel.
The heat source set may be steam or electric heater. It has such
features as convenient operation, quick starting, compact structure, clean hot
air and so on. Moreover, the control device installed with electric heater
inside the electric control cabinet realizes stepless regulation of the inlet
temperature. The steam heating, coal-burning or oil-burning hot blast furnace
can be applied to places where there is a shortage of electricity to replace
electric heating locally or fully. Our factory can provide different heating
methods according to actual requirements of users.
