Electric vehicle charging machine from the 380V AC power supply, under normal circumstances, the charger is turned off, when the cable is connected properly, start the charging process; the system first checks the communication with the BMS conditions, and only in normal circumstances communication before starting the charging process. When entering the charging process, the touch screen will be prompted to start charging, the IC card is only effective before they start charging. In automatic charge mode, the system will dynamically adjust the output voltage and current in accordance with BMS setpoint. Whole charging process is generally divided into three stages: pre-charge, constant current charging and trickle charge.
In automatic charge mode, when any one cell voltage reaches the upper limit, BMS will automatically reduce the current reference, within the cell voltage until all are within the allowable range, will remain at the current constant current charging, and repeat the above procedure. In automatic charging mode, once communication is interrupted, the charging process will be stopped immediately.
