（1）任何燃料在燃烧的过程中都会产生积炭，尤其是废机油，因为其燃料的特性，会产生更多的积炭。就像汽车的爆燃原理，在燃烧室内会有多个火源产生，容易导致非正常燃烧，严重的时候，如果沉积的燃料过多，会导致爆炸。

　　(1) any fuel in the combustion process will produce carbon, especially the waste oil, because the characteristics of its fuel will produce more carbon. Just like the principle of vehicle deflagration, there will be multiple sources of fire in the combustion chamber, which can cause abnormal combustion. If too much fuel is deposited, it will cause explosion.

　　（2）炉膛体积过小。导致烤漆房起火的另一重要原因就是炉膛体积过小，好的烤漆房火焰只是在炉膛的中间部分烧，正常燃烧时火焰不应该烧到热交换器的墙体上去。

　　(2) the volume of the furnace is too small. Another important reason leading to the fire of paint baking room is that the furnace volume is too small. A good paint room fire is only burning in the middle part of the hearth. When the normal combustion, the flame should not burn to the wall of the heat exchanger.

　　（3）烤漆房失火主要是从热交换器也就是俗称的炉膛开始，因此炉膛材质的好坏十分关键。热交换系统（炉膛）外壁的不锈钢长期使用导致破裂，使火焰外窜，尤其是有些厂家使用偏薄的不锈钢，更容易导致破裂。一般建议选用2.0mm以上的钢板。

　　(3) the fire in the lacquer house is mainly starting from the heat exchanger, which is commonly known as the furnace, so the quality of the furnace is very critical. The long term use of the stainless steel on the outer wall of the heat exchange system (Lu Tang) leads to rupture, causing the flame to escape, especially for some manufacturers who use thin stainless steel, which is more likely to cause breakage. The general suggestion is to choose the steel plate above 2.0mm.

　　（4）在烤漆房停止加温之后，风机应该有一个延时送风的功能。这样有利于热交换器散热，提高热交换器的使用寿命。

　　(4) after the warming of the baking room, the fan should have a delayed air supply function. This will benefit the heat exchanger and improve the service life of the heat exchanger.
