（1）有未燃烧的柴油（或者废机油）滞留在燃烧室内，主要是因为燃烧器在喷射的过程中，最先喷入的柴油（或者废机油）没有点燃，就容易滞留在热交换系统底部，而其挥发的空间有限，挥发性又很差，在底部可能形成油池，最后导致爆燃。
