1进口公司需到口岸商检局做进口香皂港口信息备案，备案是需要提前让国外做好授权书，{国外生产厂家给国内进口商授权}，做好授权书后需要到东方平台做授权，总共需要时间7天，然后带着授权证正本去进口港口信息备案，获取备案即可。

　　4 出具关单，关报关，出具税单，进口香皂收货人缴纳关税增值，关放行，安排货物进境。
