货物到港后向海关申报进口报关

　　1.电子预申报

　　船靠港前，我司查到仓单信息后（通常情况下提前1-2天可查到）可以提前向海关申报，然后缴税

　　2.换单

　　货物到港后我司派人去换单

　　3.提取货物

　　换完单缴完口岸杂费后，可以提货

　　4.查验放行

　　如查验海关可以直接放行，也可以查验相符后放行。查验不符，依情况可分为、补税、作案件处理三种；

　　5.查验

　　（1）检查货物是否与申报一致，货物是否附有中方关注的检疫性有害生物，包装是否和申报一致等；如有木制包装，是否有IPPC标示。如木制包装无标示，或标示不清，包装需要做卫生处理。如通过，开据查验放行单；

　　（2）查验人员会按照相关要求对货物不同的规格按照比例进行抽样检测，并送实验室进行检验检疫。

　　1. Electronic pre declaration

　　Before the ship berths at the port, our company can report to the customs in advance after finding the warehouse receipt information (usually 1-2 days in advance), and then pay the tax

　　When the goods arrive at the port, our company will send someone to change the order

　　3. Taking delivery of goods

　　After changing the bill and paying the port miscellaneous charges, the goods can be picked up

　　4. Inspection and release

　　In case of inspection, the customs may release the goods directly or after checking the conformity. According to the actual situation, it can be divided into three types: paying taxes and handling cases

　　5. Inspection

　　(1) Check whether the goods are consistent with the declaration, whether the goods are attached with quarantine pests of Chinese concern, whether the packaging is consistent with the declaration, etc.; if there are wooden packages, whether there are IPPC marks. If the wooden package is not marked or the label is not clear, the package needs to be cleaned. If approved, issue the inspection release sheet

　　(2) Inspection personnel will carry out sampling inspection on different specifications of goods according to relevant requirements and send them to the laboratory for inspection and quarantine.
