德国托克（TOK）品牌:进口波纹管式疏水阀的热敏元件为注满易挥发液体的波纹管，利用液体的易挥发性和波纹管伸缩性。当蒸汽管线升温时，液体挥发成气体体积膨胀并产生压力推动着波纹管伸长，蒸汽管线降温达到易挥发的液体从气体转变成液体时体积缩收，波纹管内没有推动力，波纹管缩收。

　　Bellows seal trap

　　The thermo-sensitive element of bellows seal traps is bellows filled with volatile liquid, which employs the volatility of the liquid and flexibility of the bellows. When temperature of the steam pipe goes up, the liquid volatilizes into gas, the size expands and produces pressure to impel bellows to stretch. In contrast, when temperature of the steam pipe goes down to the temperature for gas to turn into liquid, the size gets smaller and the bellows contract due to lack of impetus.

　　安装、使用注意事项:

　　安装前管路应用蒸汽吹除污物。箭头所示方向与流向一致。

　　疏水阀前热力管应有1～2米不必保温。应安装在低于用汽设备凝结水排出点的地方。

　　该阀出厂前疏水温度已调节在95℃左右，如果需要改变疏水温度或排水量时，可打开防护帽，松开锁紧螺母，旋转调节螺钉，顺时针旋转阀芯前进，疏水量减少，疏水温度降低；逆时针旋转，阀芯后退，疏水量增大，疏水温度上升。调整后，就将锁紧螺母拧紧。

　　要定期保养，清除过滤网前的污物，保证疏水阀正常工作。
