　　二手晶片减薄机进口如何报关

　　In accordance with the requirements of the State Council Concerning the cancellation and adjustment of a number of administrative examination and approval items (the State Council [2014] No. 50), the General Administration of quality supervision and inspection of the people's Republic of China has abolished the administrative examination and approval for the record of the import of used mechanical and electrical products. In order to protect the environment, ensure the safety and health of consumers, and standardize the order of import, it is hereby announced as follows

　　一、关于调整进口旧机电产品的备案管理

　　（一）《重点旧机电产品进口管理办法》（商务部、海关总署、质检总局令2008年第5号）、《机电产品进口自动许可实施办法》（商务部、海关总署令2008年第6号）、《机电产品进口管理办法》（商务部、海关总署、质检总局令2008年第7号）中涉及进口旧机电产品备案管理的相关规定不再执行。检验检疫机构在对符合条件的产品出具《入境货物通关单》时，备注栏内标注“旧机电产品”字样。

　　（二）根据《机电产品进口自动许可实施办法》（商务部、海关总署令2008年第6号）第六条第（四）款，“进口旧机电产品的，应提供国家质检总局授权或许可的检验检疫机构出具的进口产品的预检验报告。”需要提供预检验报告的进口产品范围按照《质检总局关于调整进口旧机电产品检验监管的公告》（质检总局2014年第145号）中《进口旧机电产品检验监管措施清单》管理措施表2执行。

　　（三）根据以上二手机械设备进口相关管理监管办法来定企业进口国外二手机械设备自2015年后取消进口商属地纸制备案相关要求，进口商在进口前只需提供进口设备的相关资料如，设备图片、型号、申报金额、设备清单等信息并开通企业备案系统后在系统审批即可，并联系海外CCIC公司做装运前检验检疫出证，对于需要进口机电证的设备有我司代为后发货到国内指定港口清关及送货到进口商指定仓库，欢迎来电咨询洽谈。
