In the power system, Siemens three-phase asynchronous motor is used for three-phase 380V voltage, with specially customized aluminum alloy impeller. The design is a perfect combination of negative pressure and flow rate, which has stable operation, low failure rate and low noise, and can work continuously for 24 hours.
♦ Cartridge filter, high filtration precision
Filter cartridge filter and polyester fiber base material of Toray Japan are selected for filtration system. Polyester fiber oil-proof and water-proof material is standard, which can filter dust with equivalent diameter above 3 microns up to 99%, and filter cartridge material with higher filtering accuracy can be selected.
♦ Specially set up ash removal door, no secondary pollution
Pneumatic pulse backwashing system is composed of air cylinder, electromagnetic pulse valve, PLC controller and compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected with compressed air storage cylinder, and the other end is connected with injection pipe. The valve cover is provided with an exhaust valve which is controlled by a pulse controller.
When there is no signal from the pulse controller, the pulse electromagnetic valve starts to work, and the ash removal is completed in about 0.1 ~ 0.3 s each time, which means that the high-pressure air ejected at this moment has a good ash removal effect. The air enters the filter cylinder at a high flow rate, which causes the filter cylinder to expand rapidly, causing a shock vibration, so that the dust attached to the filter cylinder is shaken off, and the fine dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is shaken off into the dust hopper under the action of airflow.

In terms of electrical system, the main electrical control components adopt the international famous brand-Schneider products of France. The motor realizes independent control of the electric box, and has built-in main switch of power supply, thermal overload protection, phase-lack and phase-sequence protection. The control panel is simple and generous, which can easily realize remote control, linkage control and other functions.

The dust box adopts drawer-type structure. When the dust is full, the door panel can be opened, and the dust box can be pulled out to clean the dust. Convenient, fast and practical.

Industrial mobile casters are standard accessories of this machine. The wheels are made of top-grade polyurethane (PU), the brackets are made of 2.5mm acid-washed plates with reinforcing ribs, and a single 4-inch caster can bear 150kg. The wheel surface is designed with lines to enhance the anti-skid performance.
