HEIDENHAIN测头
HEIDENHAIN海德汉的测头设计用于机床,特别是铣床和加工中心。能帮助用户降低单件和小批量以及中等批量生产成本。它使数控机床可以自动执行设置、测量和校验任务,并且大多数数控系统还能在程序控制下执行这些任务。
HEIDENHAIN测量工件
当TS三维触发式测头的探针接触到工件表面时它将偏离其自由位置。偏离自由位置时立即通过电缆(TS 220/TS 230型)或红外线(TS 640/TS 440型)向数控系统发送信号。数控系统立即将机床轴光栅尺所测的实际位置信息保存下来,用于进一步处理。
