接触式速度开关CSD-80A使用于皮带输送机、堆取料机等装卸机械。当机械设备的回转轴的转速因超负荷等因素使旋转轴的转速异常降低或提高时，速度开关可立刻发出报警信号或停止信号，预防事故发生。
接触式速度开关CSD-80A用于带式输送机运行中胶带与主动滚桶出现打滑（失速）故障。可防止由于打滑所造成的严重事故的发生。
产品构造
信号采集装置:信号采集装置安装在上行胶带下方，接触滚轮随胶带机运行而带动信号采集装置内的脉冲盘、在脉冲盘旋转时传感器进行计数，传感器把采集的信号输送到控制器。
控制器:控制器由微处理器、检测电路组成，通过信号采集装置在单位 时间内采集脉冲次数的变化，经微处理器进行逻辑运算得出当前皮带速度，与预置值进行比较判断当前输送皮带处于打滑状态还是正常状态。
POWER灯:有电源电压时电源灯会点亮。
数字开关:这是设定速度开关动作速度的开关。在数字开关的下面的“rpm”表示动作旋转轴的回转数。
电源端子:电源电压的使用范围AC 220V±10%
输出端子:控制器微处理器采集的脉冲数高于或低于设定值时，由输出继电器输出接点信号。但是，在启动补偿定时器的动作时间，即12S以内时，不会输出接点信号。
INPUT灯:每当信号采集器输出脉冲信号时就会点亮。
ALARM灯:检测出设定脉冲数值范围以外时点亮。

震动:减速电机、马达等通常震动并不会产生问题，但震动过大时会产生误动作的可能性。
