该产品是一种优质型质塑料注浆管（即PVC管，又称胶批），长度在1m-4m之间，二端均有冷加工形成的外螺纹，各段注浆管带有内螺纹的接头，每米注浆管上有三处径向注浆孔，注浆孔外套有膨胀圈，并且管内径相等，管壁光滑。

　　凝胶与凝结时间控制:为满足浆液扩散半径的要求，采用凝结时间为:一般地段3分钟，富水地段1～2分钟。施工控制分以下三种:①水灰比固定，水玻璃浓度不变，变换双浆比例。当水玻璃溶液所占比例由小变大，凝胶时间则由长到短，初、终凝由慢到快。②水玻璃浓度不变，双浆比例固定，变换水灰比。当水灰比由小到大，凝胶时间则由短到长，初、终凝由快到慢。③水灰比不变，双浆比例固定，变换水玻璃浓度。当水玻璃浓度由高到低，凝胶时间则由短到长，初、凝由快到慢。
