高速制浆，可适合浓度粘稠度较高的灰浆搅拌，水泥浆搅拌，水玻璃搅拌，膨润土搅拌，超细水泥搅拌。转速可达1400转/分钟，搅拌速度快，搅拌更加均匀，无小块颗粒。比市面上普通搅拌机效率更高，三分钟制浆完成，可搅拌水灰比在0.28-0.5以上的高浓度浆液。配套注浆设备有:BW150泥浆泵，双液注浆机，单缸灰浆泵，挤压注浆泵。

　　高速制浆机使用说明:1、检查搅拌叶轮转向正确，保证排浆管不漏水；2、加入适量的水，开启设备清洗并润湿制浆桶及管路，清洗完毕后，将制浆机内水放出；3、加水不低于80Kg，(*开机前关闭料斗前端主阀停止往桶内加水，但主供水不得关闭，可适当调小，要在制浆时为传动总提供冷却与清洗，否则传动总成烧毁)开启制浆机，将粉料按规定顺序均匀加入，控制加料时间在5~6分钟，所有粉料加完后，继续搅拌3~5分钟；4、将制好的浆体输送入储浆桶中，保持动态储浆；5、将压浆机管路连接到储浆桶后，或者直接由该制浆机输送至压浆机料斗内，开始压浆；6、压浆完成后立即清洗设备及管路，开启制浆机，使得制浆机和管路中剩余的水泥浆体循环排除。
