　　操作规范 :1、在使用高速注浆泵之前，做到用电安全，检查线路有无破损，漏电。2、注意给注浆泵油箱加油，加油至油窗观察位置即可。夏季加68#，冬季加46#液压油。3、连接高速注浆泵吸浆口，出浆口，U卡连接。在料缸加油孔内注入润滑油，确保料缸内活塞等易损件润滑。4、接通电源，开机，先注清水磨合5-10分钟，然后再注水泥浆。5、在注浆机准备停机时，吸浆槽内加清水，注浆机工作十分钟以上，出浆口注出清水时为止。6、清除注浆泵表面泥浆，杂物，确保注浆机整洁。在料缸加油孔加润滑油，做好高速注浆泵维护保养。
