沼气分离回收装置︱Biogas Purification Unit
沼气中的主要成分为CH4、H2S、CO2,该装置工艺设计利用沼气组分差异较大的特点,分段处理。先后采用湿法脱硫液循环再生工艺,双变压吸附分离提纯工艺(SPSA),有效的将组分中的H2S、CO2等气体进行分类回收及利用,最后增设多级PSA装置,回收浓缩解析气中的CH4,加工成生物天然气。这种沼气的提纯与高值环保利用的方式可以极大的增大用户盈利的空间和商业运营范围。
The main components of biogas are CH4, H2S and CO2. The process design of the device takes advantage of the great diff-erence of biogas components and treats them in stages. Wet desulfurization liquid recycling process, double pressure swing
adsorption separation and purification process (SPSA) were adopted successively to separate and recover H2S, CO2 and other gases in the components. Finally, a multi-stage PSA device was added to recover CH4 from concentrated analytic gas and processed into bio-natural gas. This way of biogas purification and high-value environmental protection can greatly increase the user's profit space and business operation scope.
