　　液压油大致可以分为HL抗氧防锈液压油、HM抗磨液压油、抗燃液压油、清净液压油和环境相容性液压油。

　　抗磨液压油又可分为:锌型、无锌行、无灰型。锌型抗磨液压油指的是该液压油的抗磨剂主要为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌（ZDDP），这种液压油在叶片泵试验中有很好的抗磨效果，但在高压柱塞泵中会对铜柱塞产生严重磨损，研究人员认为是ZDDP热分解造成的。为解决这些问题，对ZDD进行了改进，开发了稳定型ZDDP抗磨液压油，及无锌型、无灰型抗磨液压油。后两种抗磨液压油主要使用S/P型极压抗磨剂，在热稳定性、水解安全定性上更优于ZDDP型抗磨液压油，并且更符合环保要求。
