　　树脂重负荷钢坯修磨砂轮是用锆刚玉和烧结刚玉作为主要原材料，用高强度改性树脂作为结合剂，同时在固化剂、增韧剂、偶联剂、阻燃剂、防老剂等有机和无机填料的作用下,经过配料、混料、热压、硬化、加工等工序精心制做而成。

　　该产品主要应用于钢铁工业中对钢坯、钢锭、钢板表面缺陷的修磨以及钢材表面氧化层的全修磨和局部修磨。具有磨削负荷大，磨削比和磨削效率高等优点，而且极大地降低了操作者劳动强度，改善了操作环境，提高了钢材表面的修磨质量。
