　　Features:

　　A Functional forming band and wiper with special path make vamp attach to shoe last closely after toe lasting, which improves shoes quality and appearance.

　　B Head-pressing mechanism adopts adjustable two-part pressure, primary and secondary tank design make shoes get the last pressing over wiper’s lasting and reach the best effect.

　　C Nine-pincer can be adjusted separately in order to act in concert with lasting of toes in different shape.

　　D Each group of pincers have independent and automatic drop-down ability, operators can choose pincers needed to do the pulling action according to tightness of vamp.

　　E Wiper has the function of micro-action and speed adjusting which make adjustment easily over the lasting process.

　　Installation.

　　Installation sequence:

　　A Place machine and make it stable.

　　B Clean anticorrosive oil.

　　C Open the cover of oil tank, fill in hydraulic oil (Code: R-68# of Chinese Petroleum Company) about 60 liters. Keep hydraulic oil clean.

　　D When connect the power supply, please check the voltage used in factory whether the same with where the nameplate shows.

　　E Turn the power switch to the position of “ON”, press down the switch of motor, and check pressure gauge, if pressure not rise, maybe it rotated reversely, only change any two phases of three.

　　F Please read this operation manual carefully before operation in case of injury to person and damage to machine.

　　A Slide section of the heel mechanism should be lubricated once a week for adjusting.

　　B Oil pipe, connector should be locked in case of oil leakage; steel pipe cannot rub on the other one; before taking apart oil pipe, please check whether the pressure gauge shows “0”, only no pressure can take apart the oil pipe.

　　C Hydraulic oil in oil tank should be replaced after 2500 hours using, for new machine, it’s better 2000 hours. Filter screen of new machine should be cleaned after 500 hours using since machine installed or oil replacement, or a loud noise from pump larger. Oil tank should be cleaned after each replacement; oil level should be at least 30mm higher than filter screen and about 30mm lower than tank cap, but tank can’t be full.

　　D Keep spare parts of appliance clean.

　　E Clean machine after work everyday, the longer the time, the more difficult to clean; check the screw whether loose or not, lock it if need.

　　F Stop motor when machine not working (but warming-up in the morning).

　　G Each slide position and where installed grease nozzle should be lubricated once a week.

　　H Check pressure of nitrogen in the pressure reservoir weekly, to replenish nitrogen if found it lower than 100kg/cm2 (use nitrogen instead of other gas in case of danger.)

　　Remark: if your company can’t get the above oil, please choose solvent with erosion resistance between 200-250SUS, or hydraulic oil with viscosity between 40-60CST.

　　Operation Attentions.

　　Before changing shoes, please pay attention to relevant parts which should be act in concert with shape of shoe last, or can’t get a good lasting effect.

　　A Wiper shape should be similar with toe’s, and the arc of wiper face should coincide with that of bottom face of shoe last.

　　B Shape of forming band should be act in concert with that of last.

　　C Size of mid-pincer should coincide with the toe section, besides, shape of the front three pincers ranking should coincide with the toe section, or influence the lasting effect.

　　D External support should make a good choice according to the size of shoe last.

　　e)When produce child shoes, it’s better choose the front 7 pincers, and abrade the PU head-pressing to small as their small sizes.

　　F PU head-pressing has two kinds of specification, which can be chosen according to woman or man shoes prepared to produce.

　　Take right operation way to operate machine, especially when pincers clamping vamp, hands should be far away from pincer in case of danger.

　　Over lasting, please don’t touch any parts or section in case of danger, if found somewhere in a disorder, step on the foot switch on the right to brake, then adjust again.

　　Over maintenance, no matter operators or others can’t make machine run.

　　Operators and maintenance men should pay more attention to the heating area of wiper in case of injury.

　　This machine is QF-737A (MA) Hydraulic Automatic Toe Lasting Machine, a molding machinery with 9-pincer clamping vamp to mold toes. This machine can meet the demands of attaching to shoe last, with easy operation, high efficiency, stable quality and easy maintenance. It applies to some special types like hiking boots, working shoes and some general ones such as child shoes, sports shoes, woman shoes, horse boots, gentleman shoes etc..

　　Function Introduction.

　　1 Toggle switch: the option switch for full automatic or semi-automatic when wipers go forward.

　　2 Triple switch: adjust the lifting of mid-pincer, the action of the first head-pressing.

　　3 Toggle switch: the option switch for the use of spotlight.

　　4 Four-way switch: adjust the lifting of the right second pincer, the action of going forward or backward of wiper.

　　5 Two-way switch: adjust the lifting of the right third pincer.

　　6 Toggle switch: the option switch for the use of side-pressing return, which is mainly prevent the vamp from getting damaged by forming band over the second pressure of head-pressing.

　　7 Two-way switch: adjust the lifting of the right fourth pincer

　　8 Toggle switch: the optional switch for the use of side-pressing.

　　9 Four-way switch: adjust the lifting of right fifth pincer, the action of open or close of right pincer plate.

　　10 Toggle switch: the option switch for use of the fifth pincer.

　　11 Toggle switch: the option switch for use of automatic drop-down.

　　12 Timer: control the time length of the fifth pincer’s drop-down, rotate it clockwise, time extends, conversely time shortens.

　　13 Toggle switch: the option switch for the use of fourth pincer’s drop-down.

　　14 Timer: control the time length of the fourth pincer’s drop-down, rotate it clockwise, time extends, conversely time shortens.

　　15 Timer: control the time length of third pincer’s drop-down, rotate it clockwise, time extends, conversely time shortens.

　　16 Toggle switch: the option switch for the use of third pincer’s drop-down.

　　17 Timer: control the time length of the second pincer’s drop-down, rotate it clockwise, time extends, conversely time shortens.

　　18 Toggle switch: the option switch for the use of the mid-sole and third pincer’s drop-down.
