Appendix A.1 Test conditions:
Indoor test stand
Temperature : 25 ° C
Battery into a group
2 , test methods : ( single cell lithium iron phosphate , nominal voltage 3.2V , for example)
Charging Method :
1 ) constant current charging to the cut-off voltage : to 0.3C (60Ah × 0.3C = 18A) charging constant current mode , when there is a single voltage exceeds the limit down to 3.65V ( or the upper limit of the first manufacturers to provide cut-off voltage) stop
2 ) constant voltage charging to the cut-off current . Increase the charging voltage ( second cut-off voltage parameters as provided by the manufacturer ) into a constant voltage charging mode current to the charging current to 0.02C off current value (60Ah × 0.02C = 1.2A) or provided by the manufacturer stops charging.
Discharge method:
Respectively, 1C, 0.5C, 0.2C constant current discharge to a lower cut-off voltage is less than 2.8V cell voltage or the manufacturer provides.
Data Select :
In the "charge - discharge" cycle times after starting the test and record on a single charge and discharge capacity , the above was repeated three times to calculate the average capacity .

1 ) constant current charging to the cut-off voltage : to 0.3C (60Ah × 0.3C = 18A) charging constant current mode , when the cell voltage exceeds the limit down to 3.65V ( or the upper limit of the first manufacturers to provide cut-off voltage ) Stop
2 ) constant voltage charging to the cut-off current .
