  600KWH Mobile Energy Storage Container

  1.600KWH system use standard 20 feet container,

  with external size: 5.89M×2.33M×2.38M

  2.Internal battery pack use lithium-energy battery LY700AHA, with 2pcs in-parallel and 135pcs in-series, total energy 600KWh

  3.PCS use 120kva/100kw bi-directional converter:

  AC to DC: Input by 3 phases 4 lines 220Vac, offering 100KW for charging the battery pack.

  DC to AC: Output by 3 phases 4 lines 220Vac, offering 100KW for loading.

  4.BMS use BM-42 model to monitor each cell.

  5.This system use compulsory cooling design.

  6.With dual houses design: battery house and PCS house.

  Pack each 2pcs cells in-parallel and become 1400Ah unit first, then pack 135sets of this group in-series, to provide 432V output.

  Use battery rack to fix the battery. Batteries are distributed in 2 sides of the container, to ensure even and steady loading.

  Battery rack has 3 layers, with each 20~25cm separation. Keep the rack in low level to ensure a steady center.

  Considered the uneven road conditions, batteries are installed on the rack with reinforcement and vibration absorption design.

  Passage between 2 list of racks is for easier operation and maintenance.

  Both terminals of the passage has emergency exits.

  1.Equipment house contains PCS, Switchboard etc. Wires run under the floor board, which is set at higher position.

  2.PCS is bi-directional converter, with DSP digital control and isolated transformer, which can act as both AC/DC charger and DC/AC inverter through manual or automatic switching.

  3.PCS integrated with Switchboard are put in the equipment house. Switchboard has coincide setting with 1400KWH.

  4.PCS has RS485, TCP/IP(optional) for remote communication port, convenient for remote monitoring.

  1.Equipment releases heat during operation. Heat should be released, or it will affect the reliability of the equipment and battery life.

  2.Inverter release 5~7KW heat under full loading operation. Battery release 2kW~8kW heat during charge and discharge process.

  3.By the fans and anti-dust gateway in 2 terminals of 2 battery rack, and in the clapboards of both house, it generate 2 wind paths, releasing the heat for PCS and battery pack.
