9—19AID、9—26AID型系列离心通风机是国家经委和机电部推广的节能风机产品。适用于一般锻冶、玻璃、陶瓷、无线电、电镀、蓄电池等行业高压强制通风以及粮食、饲料、矿粉、塑料等加工行业的物料输送:输送介质为空气及其它不自燃、 自爆、对人体无害、对钢铁材料无腐蚀·性的气体。

No_4—6.3主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、支架等组成;N07.1—16主要由叶轮、机壳、进风口、传动组等组成。
叶轮:9—19型风机叶片为12片,9—26型风机叶片为16片。均属前向弯曲叶型。叶轮扩压器外缘最高圆周速度不超过140m/s。叶轮成型后
经静、动平衡校正,故运转平稳。
机壳:用普通钢板焊接成蜗型壳整体。
进风口:做成收敛式流线型的整体结构,用螺栓固定在前盖板组成。
传动组:由主轴、轴承箱、联轴器等组成。主轴由优质钢制成,轴承箱整体结构,采用滚动轴承,用轴承润滑脂润滑。

Impeller:fan Of 9—1 9 type has 1 2 impellers.9-26 type has 1 6 impellers.all are forward direction bending types Outer edge of impeller diffuser not over 1 40m/s.The impellers have accepted static and dynamic balance calibration,SO they are able to run smoothly and stably.
Enclosure:it is made of general steel sheets by welding,it is a scroll casing.
Air inlet:it is made into an integral structure with convergence streamline,it is fixed by bolt on the front plate
Driving unit:it is consists of principal shaft,bearing housing,coupling,etc..The principal shaft is made of high—quality steel,bearing housing has integral structure,adopting rolling bearing and bearing grease for lubrication.
