　　目前，国内高层钢结构钢材几乎都从国外进口，工程总承包由国外承担，制造和安装则由国内廉价劳动力承包，这种局面应从速扭转，因为这与我国产钢大国的地位很不相称。大跨度钢结构钢材不像高层钢结构那样突出，但设计方案（包括建筑和结构）经常国外中标，这种局面与中央强调建立我们自己的创新体系的号召相距甚远，应该引起我国建筑界的关注，是水平低还是其它原因，值得我们深思。
