IRM538系列
本系列接收头产品属于小鼻梁封装外形产品，体积小巧，外观光滑美观，接收灵敏度高、常应用于便携式产品的红外遥控接收，如车载音响、车载DVD、便携式播放器等。
1、内置PIN光电二极管，前置放大器，采用一体化封装，不带屏蔽；
2、内置PCM频率环，TTL,CMOS电平均适用；
3、低电平有效，电压为2.7~5.5V宽电压；
4、外形尺寸（单位mm），5×5×3.65；脚距:1.27。
