The kneader includes two blades that rotate towards each other at differential speed. There are many type of blade available: sigma blade, Z shape blade and fish tail shape blade etc. Each blade propels the material at opposite direction thereby achieve excellent cross mixing for all kinds of raw materials, especially the super high viscosities such as high elastic materials and rubber. The blades pass the trough walls at a close clearance between each other to produce a shearing and tearing action that is beneficial to the size reduction of solids such as rubber and plastic pellets.
There are 4 types of kneaders: normal, pressure, vacuum and high-temperature type which are made of high-carbon steel, stainless steel or special steel. The machine can control the mixing process and store the data of temperature, mixing time and viscosities during processing. With discharging methods of hydraulic pressure, vessel tilting, valve discharging and screw pressing, the machine adopts conducting oil, steam and water as heating and cooling media. All the parts contacting with materials are made of stainless steel and steel alloy in order to guarantee the quality of the mixture.
The kneader is widely used in many industries, such as adhesives and sealants, bubble gum, cellulose, plastic, battery, ointment, cosmetics and resin, etc.
