一、设备概述(Summary)

　　RK-8-630耐磨板堆焊系统选用直径ф1.6-ф3.2mm 的实芯,药芯,自保护药芯焊丝，用于生产各种耐磨复合钢板。所制的板材熔敷金属与基体结合牢固，外观焊缝成型美观，耐磨性能好，使用寿命长。

　　RK-8-630 Wear Resistant Plate welding system adopts theΦ1.6-Φ3.2mm solid core,flux cored, self shielded flux cored wire, applied to the production of a variety of wear resistant composite steel plates. The produced plates’ metal cladding is firmly combined with substrate, with a beautiful welding external appearance, good wear resistance and a long service life.

　　本堆焊设备由焊接电源,焊接机构,送丝单元,集中控制单元等部分组成,可实现匀速摆动式焊接，宽,窄焊道均可自行调节。焊接机构拥有1-4 部焊枪，其既可同时工作也可独立工作；集中控制单元可灵活的调节焊接参数，并可实现智能的焊接。

　　This welding equipment is consists of welding power, welding mechanism,wire feed unit, centralized control unit and other components, it can realize uniform swing welding, bead width can be self-regulated. The welding mechanism has 1-4 welding torches,which can either work together or independently. The centralized control unit can flexibly adjust the welding parameters and realize the intelligent welding.
