鞋底连帮成型机，是我公司在原来生产的聚氨酯发泡机的基础上，将混合头转速从4785rpm/min提高到6500rmp/min，由于转速的提高，使聚氨酯A料和B料的混合更加均匀，从而进一步改善制品的内部结构和密度，从而提高了弹性。由于转速的提高，在连续搅拌浇注中，浇注头容易发热致使制品时有针孔暗泡弊病，严重影响制品质量。本设备采用自行设计和制造的冷水机，增设冷却系统，解决浇注头发热问题，不仅延长使用寿命和清洗周期，而且大大提高制品质量。

　　1) 采用触控式人机界面，帮障诊断自动报警，数据可视化，易于操作。

　　2) 高速移动射枪，采用高速电子计算编码器控制注射位移，移位迅速，定位准确。

　　3) 双比例式压力速度控制，精确控制射出量，确保稳定生产。

　　4) 具备下模移出功能，镶件方便快捷。

　　5) 具备模具冷却功能，缩短成品冷却时间，提高产量。

　　6) 注射两枪独立，可单独生产和同时生产，不影响产品品质。

　　7) 射口高度可以调整，弥补模具的差异。

　　8) 采用直压曲臂式锁模，锁模力大而稳定。

　　9) 产品成型一直在有压力的情形下成型，可以减少毛边和产品的缩水。

　　10) 采用插件装配模具，保证快速，准确。

　　11) 采用特殊装置，可以调整模具厚度的差异。

　　12) 射料枪采用四段温度控制，超过设定温度自动升降温度。

　　13) 机器有机，电，液三重保护装置，确保生产安全。
