Question 1:
do u make mobile control PCB board?power pcb board? transformer pcb board?
LED bulb PCB ? Heater PCB board ? TV ,electronic product PCBA ?
Answer : yes, we do. whatever pcba, just you can provide us the pcb gerber file and
exact Bom list, we can purchase material and produce the PCBA according to your files.
Question 2 : i don't have gerber file ,BOM list ,what is gerber file ?
Answer : does not matter, do u have the PCBA sample ? if yes, just ship to us,
we can copy the PCBA according to your sample and make new samples for your testing ?
Question 3 :what is the cost ?
Answer :we can tell you that ,if you order quantity up to 300pcs, please choose us.
because we are cheaper than trading company , also if you let design company copy it ,cost
is very expensive, please choose us to do this work for you because it could save you much cost. we offer you service from copy PCBA, make BOM list ,buy material and produce sample and volumn quantity order. the quantity is bigger ,the cost is cheaper.
what ever it is PCB with componient on it or without componient on it. all we can do the best for you just the componients is avaliable in the market .
Question 4: do u have any quality centificate ?
Answer : of couse ,UL,ISO,CE centificate we can meet.
Question 5: what about the quality warranty
Answer: all items should be test well before shipping and sample was approved by buyer .
usually don't worry about this problem. if really have quality problem, buyer just ship back to us we repair or remake it to you again.
Question 6 : what about the lead time ?
Answer : copy board need about 3 days, make sample need about 10 workdays,volumn production need about 20 days.
Question 7 : what about the MOQ ?
Answer : we make samples under 5 pcs, volumn production MOQ is 200pcs
Question 8 : what's the shipping method ?
Answer : we can ship by Express ,airport ,ect, also discuss with buyer well.
Question 9:what is your payment terms?
Answer : prepaid full amount before producing sample.
prepaid 40% amount before manufacturing volumn quantity through west union,paypal or T/T directly ,rest 60% amount should be paid before shipping. we company don't accept Draft,L/C,net Terms.
