温变油墨又称热感变色油墨，感温变色油墨，热敏变色油墨、和示温油墨。Temperature is also called thermal ink color ink, heat change color ink, polychromatic inks, and heat sensitive ink.
一、千色变公司生产的温变油墨分为以下几类Types:
消色:“可逆温变消色油墨”:常温下显示某种特定颜色，经加温后颜色消失变为无色， 冷却后立即恢复到原有颜色，因其变化过程可逆；

⑤温度28度（含）以上基本颜色是有色变无色，温度22度（含）以下是无色变有色
特殊无色变有色:（玫红60度）（55度玫红色、蓝色）

⑥温变油墨不可生产的颜色:金 银 白Temperature is the production of color ink: gold silver white
⑦油墨性状:外观为半透明液体状态，为油性油墨。颜色丰富色差变化明显的优点，使用胶印机效果不好的缺点。

⑧可用印刷方式:丝印移印凹印凸印转印, 胶印的颜色很浅，效果不明显。

适用底材 :纸张布料金属玻璃陶瓷塑料。 温变油墨不可承印的底材为硅胶、橡胶， 有弹性，印上容易开裂，不建议使用。

⑨印刷背景建议使用白色或浅白色系，可提高颜色变化的差异度。
一般使用寿命是4000-8000次的变色次数（正确存储和使用的情况下）

⑩应用范围:防伪标签、酒类包装防伪，、食品、饮料、农药等 产品特种包装印刷。
运用在变色杯领域，可丝印（丝印在花纸上转印到杯子上）水转印，一般用的是45度。

三、使用方法/注意事项Method of use/matters needing attention:
1、干燥方式:（自干、烤干、UV固化），60-100度，5分钟左右。薄膜类的自干方式干燥。印在陶瓷杯上可用150度烤20-30分钟。

2、温变油墨（油性）使用时不下网很稠时，可用稀释剂783稀释，稀释比例为3%-5%。（也可定制水性油墨，并用水稀释）印刷背景建议使用白色或浅白色系，可提高颜色变化的差异度。

4、储存:感温变色油墨应密封储存于密闭、干燥、阴暗处，避免阳光直射。

5、毒性与安全性:感温变色油墨对皮肤用呼吸道有轻微刺激性，搬运时应密闭，印刷操作时的环境应保持良好的通风状况。油墨完全干燥后，不会有任何异味或刺激性，符合安全玩具和食品包装规格基准。
