一,聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套控制电缆 PVC insulated & sheath control cable
1.1聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套控制电缆适用于交流额定电压600/1000V及以下控制,监控回路及保护线路等场
合,作为电气装备之间的控制接线.该产品不但具有优良的电气性能,机械性能,耐热老化性能,耐环境
应力性能,耐化学腐蚀性能和不延燃性能,且具有结构简单,使用方便,不受敷设落差限制等优点.
本公司聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套控制电缆是以GB9330-88标准组织生产.该标准主要参照IEC227,IEC502
及德国,美国,日本和前苏联等控制电缆标准制定.

1.2 阻燃控制电缆 Flame-retardant control cable
阻燃控制电缆适用于交流额定电压 600/1000V 及以下有特殊阻燃要求的控制,监控回路及保护线路
等场合,作为电气装备之间的控制接线.我公司生产的阻燃控制电缆包括阻燃A类控制电缆,特种阻燃控
制电缆,低烟无卤阻燃控制电缆,低烟低卤阻燃控制电缆,交联聚乙烯绝缘控制电缆及阻燃控制电缆.
二 电缆使用特性 Application
1 额定电压U0/U为450/750V～600/1000V
U0―任一主绝缘和"地"（金属屏蔽,金属套或周围介质）之间的电压有效值.
U―多芯电缆（电线）或单芯电缆（电线）系统任一两相导体之间的电压有效值.
当电缆（电线）使用于交流系统时,电缆（电线）的额定电压至少应等于该系统的标称电压.当使
用于直流系统时,该系统的标称电压应不大于电缆（电线）额定电压的1.5倍.
系统的工作电压应不大于系统额定电压的1.5倍.
2 电缆导体的长期允许工作温度:

化学（硅烷）交联聚乙烯Chemical Sioplascable:90℃
辐照交联聚乙烯Irradiation XLPE:105～135℃
3 电缆的敷设温度应不低于0℃.推荐的允许弯曲半径:
无铠装层的电缆,应不小于的电缆外径的6倍.
有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆,应不小于的电缆外径的12倍.
有屏蔽层结构的软电缆,应不小于的电缆外径的6倍.
4 电缆电气性能和物理机械性能符合国标GB9330《塑料绝缘控制电缆》的规定要求.
5 阻燃控制电缆的阻燃性能符合（相当IEC332）《电线电缆燃烧试验方法》的规定要求.
6 低烟无卤特性（仅限于低烟无卤阻燃控制电缆:）
无卤性能:符合国际电工委员会标准IEC754《氢卤酸气体逸出量试验》的规定要求.
低烟性能:符合国标GB12666.7《电线电缆燃烧烟浓度试验方法》的规定要求.
低毒性能:符合美国标准NES713《毒性指数测定》的规定要求.
