上海三机MA1320A 外圆磨床本系列机床是在我厂原f200系列外圆磨床基础上改进设计派生的最新机床，主要用于磨削圆柱形和圆锥形的外圆与内孔，也可磨削轴向端面。
上海第三机床厂磨床MA1320外圆磨床本系列机床的工作台纵向移动有液压和手动，砂轮架和头架可回转，头架主轴也可转动，砂轮架可实行微量进给。液压系统采用了噪音小，输油平稳的螺杆泵。
上海第三机床厂磨床MA1320外圆磨床本系列机床改进设计的主要特点是:
1. 增加抖动装置，使工作台获得短距离频繁换向功能，从而提高切入磨时工件的表面质量。
2. 尾架套筒采用无间隙滚镶钢密珠轴承形式，从而提高工件的支承刚性及尾架的使用寿命。
3. 全面贯彻《工业机械电气设备通用技术条件》。采用新型电气元件操作安全可靠，维修方便。本系列机床适合于中小批量生产车间及工具、机修车间使用。
