　　涤纶针刺毡滤袋是布袋除尘器中的主力滤料，是采用非织造针刺工艺，将涤纶短纤维梳理铺网在纤维交错排 列、空隙分布均匀的细纤维布上后针刺成毡。此滤料强度大、弹性回复性能好、织物尺寸稳定、耐磨性能好、空隙率大，透气性能较好，使用寿命长，除尘效果好，常温（低于130℃）下有良好的力学性能和耐酸碱性。由于涤纶价格低廉，因此涤纶针刺毡是低温下最划算的过滤介质。涤纶针刺毡滤袋根据不同厂家粉尘的特性，常有混入抗静电纤维、烧毛、轧光、拒水防油浸渍等处理方式，所制造的涤纶针刺毡在原有性能上又增加了易清灰（粉尘剥离快）、拒水防油（抗结露）、抗静电性能，形成系列产品。
