　　1．瞬间干燥，节省时间，生产效率高；

　　2.选用优质高效灯管，灯室采用水冷+风冷式排热，灯管下方加装隔热石英玻璃，可以有效降低被罩物表面湿度，保护干燥物品不会受热变形，延长灯管寿命。

　　3．输送带为进口特氟龙输送带，精工特作，无级调速，可视生产情况调整。

　　4．设有输送带防偏移装置，保证输送顺畅。

　　5．干燥后能使印件表面达到高硬度、高光泽、耐摩擦、耐溶剂的效果。

　　6．UV灯管的工作电流可通过外示电流表显示，有效掌握UV系统的工作状态。

　　7．采用特殊的铝镁合金灯罩，聚光型设计，生产效率高；

　　8．配备合理的散热系统，防止工作腔室的温度过高导致承印物变形。

　　9．热量通过排热系统可排出室外，同时有效保护生产工作环境。
