| 性 能 特 点 | ·外观:为浅色透明粘稠液体，无机械固体颗粒 ·固化速度快，100℃时，60分钟固化，接近最大粘接强度。 ·粘接强度高，耐久、耐紫外光性能优良。 ·耐温性能好，适应温度范围广，粘接后在较高的温度下仍有较好的粘接效果。 ·粘接表面无需严格处理，使用方便。 ·耐介质性能优良，耐油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、碱、杂环烃、核辐射等。 ·安全及毒性特征:有极轻微异味，无吸入危险，固化后实际无毒。 ·贮存稳定性较好，冷藏贮存期为半年。 主要技术性能指标如下: 耐温范围:-45－+410℃ 粘接强度:常温:拉伸强度≥25MPa; 剪切强度≥22 MPa 150℃:拉伸强度≥3－5 MPa |
| 使 用 方 法 | 1、将被粘物除锈、去污、擦净。 2、将胶水均匀涂抹在被粘节介质表面，静止胶水自动流平，如果遇到元件空腔较深则需要轻震动排出气泡即可进入烘箱或者常温静置固化。 3、 将调好的胶液涂于被粘物表面，合拢、压实、静置2~4小时。 4、 烘箱温度为100℃时，60分钟固化。 |
| 注 意 事 项 | 1、 操作环境注意通风。 2、 胶液如触及皮肤，可及时用肥皂水冲洗. 3、 未用完的胶应盖好，置于阴凉通风处。 |
