| 性 能 特 点 | ·外观:A组份为浅白色粘稠液体，无机械颗粒。B组份为浅黄色液体。 ·固化速度快，25℃时，1－3小时初固化，18小时接近最大粘接强度。 ·粘接强度高，耐侯性能好、耐紫外光性能优良。 ·耐温性能好，适应温度范围广，粘接后在高温度下仍有较好的粘接效果。 ·十分强的高低温度循环性能、适合于在不同气候环境下灯泡的工作。 ·粘接表面无需严格处理，两组份按比例调配，使用方便。 ·耐介质性能优良，耐润滑油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、碱、杂环烃、核辐射等。 ·安全及毒性特征:有极轻微异味，无吸入危险，固化后实际无毒。 ·贮存稳定性较好，贮存期为12个月。 主要技术性能指标如下: 耐温范围:-50－+420℃ 黏度(25℃) 4000—5000pcs 高温低收缩≤1．0% 高低温度循环时间:5M/次 粘接强度:常温25℃:拉伸强度≥25MPa; 剪切强度≥20 Mpa 扭曲强度 达到玻璃材质破坏 150℃:拉伸强度 3－5 Mpa（铝+ 玻璃） 扭曲强度 达到玻璃材质破坏 |
| 使 用 方 法 | 1、将被粘物除锈、去污、擦净。 2、将A、B组份按10:1. 2的比例充分调匀使用。 3、将调好的胶液涂于被粘物表面，合拢、压实、静置2~4小时。 |
| 注 意 事 项 | 1、 取胶工具绝不可混用。 2、 操作环境注意通风。 3、 胶液如触及皮肤，可及时用肥皂水冲洗. 4、 未用完的胶应盖好，置于阴凉通风处。 |
