| 适 用 范 围 | 适用于高温条件下工作的金属（合金）轴承、金刚石磨具、复合材料轴承、压力铸件、高速高温传动轴，由于其在工作中缺损部分的微空和缝隙的填充、密封、堵漏和修复。 |
| 性 能 特 点 | ·外观:A组份为浅灰黑色粘稠液体，无固体颗粒。B组份为浅黄色液体。 ·固化速度快，25℃时，1－3小时初固化，18小时接近最大粘接强度。 ·粘接机械强度高，耐磨、耐候性能优良。 ·耐温性能好，适应温度范围广，粘接后在较高的温度下仍有较好的粘接效果。 ·粘接表面无需严格处理，两组份按比例调配，使用方便。 ·耐介质性能优良，耐油、水、酸、煤油、乙醇、碱、润滑油、辐射等。 ·安全及毒性特征:有极轻微异味，无吸入危险，固化后实际无毒。 ·贮存稳定性较好，贮存期为12个月。 主要技术性能指标如下: 耐温范围:-48－+458℃（瞬间） 工作温度—48—400℃ 微粒硬度1-1.5， 摩擦系数0.05-0.1 胶水黏度:（25℃）3000pcs 粘接强度:常温（碳钢）拉伸强度≥25MPa; 剪切强度≥20 MPa 150℃:强度 3－5 Mpa 200℃ 1．8—2．0 Mpa（合金） |
| 使 用 方 法 | 1、将被修补物件除锈、去污、擦净。 2、将A、B组份按10:1-1．5的比例充分调匀使用。 3、 将调好的胶液灌于被修补物缝隙中，同时将溢出的胶水以细纤维布擦拭干净。压实、静置2~4小时。 |
| 注 意 事 项 | 1、 取胶工具绝不可混用。 2、 操作环境注意通风。 3、 胶液如触及皮肤，可及时用肥皂水冲洗. 4、 未用完的胶应盖好，置于阴凉通风处。 |
