锥套式皮带轮简介

　　锥套皮带轮，就是一种在安装轴与皮带轮之间嵌入一个锥套的机械联接组合件，其中靠内六角螺钉自锁紧皮带轮于锥套，靠锥套抱紧安装轴。它较之于普通直孔式皮带轮，有诸多优点:结构紧凑，不需要轴定位，安装方便，只须选配不同孔径的锥套，同一款带轮即可应用于不同轴径，增加产品通用性，允许较大轴径公差，槽形可配V带和窄V带等等……

　　Taper lock pulley can be taper bush, OD and split taper bush

　　Finished bore can be in metric or British systems

　　Type SPA, SPB, SPC, SPZ A, B, C, D 3V, 5V, 8V

　　Materials Gray cast-iron (GG25), nodular cast-iron and steel.
