POM赛钢料系列油墨采用高级进口丙烯酸树脂和高级颜料经过细制研磨加工组合而成，适用于PA（尼龙）、POM（赛钢）、电木、PBT、纤维合成、工程塑料、合成塑料等各种热固性塑胶制品的丝印及移印，无需加固化剂，即可获得优异的附着力。
油墨特性:
1、平光、附着力佳、耐汽油、酒精、耐化学品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光洁；
3、表面硬度好，耐冲击性能强、抗刮伤；
4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化学品程度佳；
印刷条件:
选用网目为100-350目，以120T网布计算印刷覆盖面积每公斤约30~35㎡。
表干时间自然挥发10-15分钟，实干时间在24小时以内，48小时后达最佳性能，取决于操作时的实际温度，建议烘烤方式。
1．用本公司专用稀释剂开油，718洗网水洗网
2．无需处理，单组份,为了确保产品质量，建议使用印刷前使用溶剂清洗产品外观印刷部位。
3．烤箱130℃-180℃实际温度烘烤30-50分钟产品效果达最优性能。
测试方法（完全干燥后）:
1、3m胶纸粘在画有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起3次不脱油;忽视刮刀边缘油墨脱离
2、纯度99%的工业酒精，一千克砝码用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力来回摩擦30次无脱色;
3、耐磨:橡皮擦500g力水平来回擦300次。
使用方法:
1．建议用我公司专用稀释剂进行稀释，不建议使用783慢干稀释剂稀释，使用前应充分搅拌，用后随时密封。
2．搅拌时加本公司配套开油水10-12%，稀释到印刷适合粘度，移印稀释使用移印专用稀释剂；用718洗网水清洗。
3．不得与其它类型油墨混合使用，否则容易出现其他附着力，化学反应等不良现象。
注意事项:
1．各种承印物料的外观相似，但可能会是不同的材料，客户需先试印，确其符合要求后，再批量生产。
2．在移印过程中，如出现拉丝或散开，可适当加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．环境温度过高，将会影响油墨原有质量。白色超越150都会变色，烘烤时请用木质材料垫底进行烘烤，不得直接接触铁
4．根据气候变化，请远离火源，阴暗处15度-30度环境下存放
