| 使用方法 | 氨氮檢測試劑使用說明書 先用水樣將試管沖洗二次,取水樣10毫升(若水樣需過濾應先加幾滴稀酸)，加試劑（Ⅰ）4滴蓋上瓶塞搖勻，再加試劑（Ⅱ）4滴蓋上塞瓶搖勻放置10分鐘與標準色卡自上而下比色，判定水樣中氨氮含量（毫克/升）。本應試劑避光保存。（1）若水樣渾濁，待水樣澄清取上層清液測試。（2）若試劑加完後出現渾濁應棄掉將水樣過濾後再測。 Quick Guide for Ammonia Detection Rinse with the sample water and then collect 10 mL. (Filter the water if it looks thick. A few drops of rare acid is preferred.) Add 4 drops of Agent I and mix vigorously. Add 4 drops of Agent II and mix vigorously. Incubate for 10 minutes. Compare the color of the mixture with the chart and find the nearest color to determine the content of ammonia (mg/L). The Agent is light-sensitive. Caution: if the mixture turn thick, discard the sample and begin with another filtered sample. |
