| 使用方法 | 磷酸鹽檢測使用說明書 先用水樣將比色管沖洗二次，並取水樣10毫升，再滴加試劑（Ⅰ）7滴搖勻，加試劑（Ⅱ）2小勺搖動至全溶，放置一分鐘，加試劑（Ⅲ）8小勺（約0.1克）搖勻至全溶後靜置15分鐘，自上而下與標準色卡比色，判定水樣中磷的含量（以磷計，毫克/升）用單眼觀察，效果較好。本試劑避光保存。注:若水樣渾濁應過濾後再測定。 Quick Guide for Phosphate Detection Rinse with the sample water twice and then collect 10 mL. Add 7 drops of Agent I and mix gently. Add 2 spoons of Agent II and mix gently till dissolved. Incubate for 1 minute. Add 8 spoons of Agent III (~0.1 g) and mix gently till dissolved. Incubate for 15 minutes. Compare the color of the mixture with the chart and find the nearest color to determine the content of phosphate (We recommend using one eye). The Agent is light-sensitive. Caution: filter the sample water if it looks thick. |
