  TM-105-F系列热压鼓包机油压机特点:

  1. 采用四柱三板式结构,活动板与工作面平行精度高,四个精密导套使下压垂直精度高。

  2. 油缸采用可调式,下死点定位精度高,重复精度达到0.01mm;

  3. 设备液压组合在机架内部,结构紧凑,外形美观大方;

  4. 工作台下方装有脚轮和脚杯,可轻便移动,省力高效;

  5. 另可选上下模板增加发热装置和进口智能温控器,温差可精确到±1度,上下模温度可分开控制,操作方便;

  6. 另可选中间范本增加测力传感器及显示器,精确显示产品受力状况,达到所需工作目的;

  7. 另可选增加电子尺或光栅尺及显示器,精确显示油缸位移状况,达到所需工作目的;
